During a press conference held in Baghdad, Iraqi Minister of Finance Hoshyar Zebari announced that Baghdad began transferring a sum of money to Kurdistan Regional Government as per the agreement inked recently between Erbil and Baghdad, reported Shafaaq News.

It is worth noting that the Ministry transferred IQD 583 Billion or $500 million, Zebari said, adding that this came after the Kurdish government agreed to deliver 150,000 barrels of oil per day (bpd) to Baghdad.
